Blackbaud has integrated TeamRaiser with Facebook Fundraising – allowing participants to create a fundraising page on Facebook that more seamlessly integrates with their existing TeamRaiser fundraising tools. The feature is made available when an organization upgrades to the most current version of the Participant Center (PC). If a client has made any modifications to their Participant Center, upgrading may require additional development to ensure modifications persist accurately.

Once enabled, a participant can create a Facebook Fundraiser directly from My Participant Center. The integrations syncs the goal and amount raised between Facebook and TeamRaiser. Donations made on the Facebook Fundraiser are credited to the TeamRaiser and participant. Only the donor name and email (if opted in by the donor) is captured in Luminate Online. A placeholder email is generated for all other donors.

PC Upgrade and Facebook Fundraising Integration (Basic Package)

Get started quickly by adding this powerful feature to your existing Participant Center as painlessly as possible:

  • One Discovery call including Demo + Q&A Session of feature and best practices recommendations on placement within client’s Participant Center (PC)
  • Review of PC version and assessment of impact of upgrade
  • Upgrade of PC to most current version which includes Facebook Fundraising integration
  • Placement of feature within PC
  • Updates to ensure modifications to the PC made in previous version persist and apply correctly in updated version
  • Internal Quality Assurance (QA) testing and client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) rounds
  • Launch documentation to support ongoing management of website

Highlight Facebook Fundraising as effectively as possible by creating a unique user experience that will set your program apart. Include Dynamic Basic services plus:

  • User Experience Design Strategy for optimized placement within registration and Participant Center experience
  • One design mock-up (desktop and mobile if applicable) of feature. Scenarios where design mock-up are required include:
    • Existing PC has custom design and placement requires modifications and additional development
    • Feature is offered in lightbox experience
    • Feature is offered in additional tab in Participant Center
    • Feature is offered on Thank you for registering page

Custom Participant Center (Pro Package)

Take this opportunity to reimagine the suite of fundraising tools available to your participants.

  • Custom design and development to generate a unique experience for your event fundraisers

Basic Package:

Design mock-ups are created; development is completed in a PC that is not associated with a public event. Client provides feedback on placement of feature during User Acceptance Testing phase.

Basic & Standard Packages:

Client must be on a version 14.10 or later version of the of the Luminate Online Participant Center. Clients on versions prior to 14.10 need a custom evaluation to ensure modifications to PC will persist with upgrade.

Charity Dynamics will maintain mobile responsiveness for a PC that is already mobile responsive.

Work is limited to a single PC. The client is responsible for associating the PC with all applicable events or blueprints.

Pro Package:

A custom evaluation with be completed to determine any limitations of service.
