  • Donna Wilkins President

    Donna has dedicated her career to helping nonprofits succeed, managing countless technical projects and delivering remarkable results — on time and on budget. Leveraging her unique skill set, for more than two decades, Donna has honed her ability to optimize client growth opportunities while avoiding missteps. As Convio’s first VP of Client Services, Donna led her team to grow the organization’s client base from one to over 300, helping to shape an industry leader in the process. Donna has worked with hundreds of nonprofit clients, including American Cancer Society, The ALS Association, Chesapeake Bay Foundation and Lance Armstrong Foundation. She holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Illinois.

  • Blake Groves Vice President, Sales and Marketing

    With more than 20 years of experience in technology solutions and consulting, Blake has focused the past eight years exclusively on helping nonprofit organizations understand how to use online efforts to meet their particular needs. Prior to joining Charity Dynamics, he headed the Convio product management team for three years, and then moved into consulting and strategic account roles there. Before his involvement in the nonprofit sector, Blake served in both consulting and product management roles at IBM's eBusiness Unit, Netscape, Sun Microsystems, and America , and was a partner in a full-service advertising, marketing, and public relations firm. He holds a BS in Marketing from Texas A&M, and an MBA from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

  • Dolores McDonagh Vice President of Consulting

    Dolores McDonagh has more than 25 years experience helping individuals change the world — one donation at a time.  As a direct response fundraising consultant, she crafted and implemented numerous strategic fundraising programs for environmental, cultural and educational institutions from the Nature Conservancy to the National Museum of Women in the Arts to Brown University. As Vice President for Membership at the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Dolores launched the organization’s first online advocacy, fundraising and engagement efforts integrating e-newsletters, grass roots advocacy, social media campaigns, and online appeals into the organization’s existing fundraising and marketing efforts.

    A veteran of numerous online campaigns, including marketing partnerships with corporations and local affiliates, Dolores has a proven track record of creating and implementing integrated campaigns that move the needle for organizations.  She holds a BA in American History from Brown University, where she first logged on to the World Wide Web (to play a Star Trek game) in the late 1970’s.

  • Jonathan Drennan Account Director

    Account Directors serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.  This role provides a high level of expertise in managing client needs and priorities in order to recommend concepts, programs and solutions to achieve goals for online communication, fundraising, events and advocacy programs.   As the liaison between client and the Charity Dynamics team, Account Directors drive to see the best solutions come to fruition for each client.

  • Stuart Boyd Applications Development Director

    Stuart Boyd has over 10 years of leadership experience that spans all phases of the software product lifecycle. His previous experience includes technically innovative solutions for non profits though his work at Convio. He has also managed product delivery for enterprise software systems and helped design and deliver cutting edge integrated marketing solutions for small and medium sized businesses.

    Stuart’s interest in non profit organizations extends into the Austin community through his service on the board of the RSC Foundation.

  • Beth Pearson Director of Interactive Services

    With a unique blend of online know-how, project management expertise and an understanding of the nonprofit space, the Director of Interactive Services leads our Project Management, Implementation and Customer Support teams to deliver top quality projects that produce results and ensure client satisfaction. 

  • Brenda Miele Creative Services Director

    Our Creative Services Director drives the creative strategy to develop and execute innovative, leading edge web design solutions that meet a wide range of client needs.  A hands on approach lends itself to involvement in all steps of the process from understanding client needs, developing initial concepts, researching feasibility, pitching designs and developing and implementing solutions.

  • Linda Powers Director of Human Resources

    Linda Powers is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a wide variety of experience in organizations ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms. Her work portfolio has a strong high-tech focus and includes HR management positions with NCsoft, Electronic Arts and ClearCommerce.  With a strong HR generalist background, Linda has spearheaded a wide variety of activities aimed at attracting, developing and retaining high caliber talent in diverse environments.

    Linda received her Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Houston Baptist University and her undergraduate degree from Texas State University.

  • Trisha Bonilla Controller

    Trisha Bonilla joined the Charity Dynamic’s team as Controller in 2009 with 16 + years accounting experience.  Trisha started her career at the public accounting firm, Arthur Andersen LLP, as one of the company’s International Tax Staff in Miami, Florida, where she focused on international banking transactions in South America, as well as expatriate tax returns for major global operations of Fortune 500 companies. She transitioned to operational accounting, by joining IVAX Corporation, where she worked as a Senior International Tax Accountant and advanced to the holding company’s Accounting Manager.  In 1998, Trisha had the opportunity to work for one of the nation’s largest utility companies, Florida Power & Light, where she was an Internal Auditor for 7 years and a Senior Credit Analyst for 2 years, providing multi-million dollar cost-savings analysis to the company.

     

    Trisha earned her BS in Accounting from Georgetown University and a Master’s of Science in Taxation from Florida International University. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995.
