Charity Dynamics Welcomes Andrea Richeson as Vice President of Services

Richeson Brings 20+ Years of UX and Digital Strategy Expertise to Her Role at Charity Dynamics

AUSTIN, TX (September 17, 2019) – Charity Dynamics, a leader in nonprofit digital strategy and technology, welcomes Andrea Richeson to the company as Vice President of Services. Richeson brings more than 20 years of expertise in user experience strategy and design to the position, most recently serving as Director of Digital Strategy and Operations for University Communications at the University of Texas at Austin. There, she worked across university departments on a variety of digital initiatives, offering UX best practices workshops and leading and mentoring creative services, marketing, digital and operations teams.

“Andrea is an outstanding addition to the Charity Dynamics team, and I’m thrilled to bring someone with her diverse background and expertise on board as Vice President of Services. I look forward to working with her in growing and evolving our services operations to provide even greater benefit for our clients,” said Charity Dynamics CEO Kathy Kempff.

Prior to her position at UT, Richeson supported numerous local and regional nonprofit organizations through her work at Mighty Citizen (formerly TradeMark Media), an Austin-based digital design, development and marketing firm. As the Chief Operating Officer and VP of user experience, she and her team created websites and apps for nonprofits, as well as for educational institutions and corporate clients.

As Vice President of Services at Charity Dynamics, Richeson will support opportunities to expand and evolve client services through a focus on data-driven design, user research and analytics as a way to benefit and lead clients strategically, not just tactically.

“The opportunity to join an agency that has the breadth of expertise and the mission to support organizations impacting the health and well-being of millions was irresistible,” Richeson said. “The work we do at Charity Dynamics has a direct impact on nonprofits’ ability to fund more research, find more cures, spread more awareness and support more people in crisis. I look forward to supporting our clients and our staff so we can multiply that impact.”

Richeson holds a Master of Information and Library Science from the University of Michigan and completed post-graduate certification in user experience disciplines at the UT Austin School of Information. She serves on the board of the Town Lake YMCA in Austin, giving back to an organization that has benefited her family greatly over the years. She also engages with organizations that empower women in technology, including formerly serving on the boards of Women in Digital (now TogetherDigital) and HERdacity.
