Client Development Coordinator

Charity Dynamics is seeking an energetic, sales-driven professional with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. The ideal candidate thrives on the many details involved in sales & operations, customer relationship management, and business development. Key functions include: lead generation and follow-up, selling prospects on the benefits of our products and services, scheduling appointments, entering and maintaining data within our CRM software (Salesforce), maintaining contract templates and other customer-facing documents, spearheading communication with prospects/clients and our team, implementing new and improved sales procedures to create efficiency, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and supporting our team in any other manner required.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined segment or territory
  • Partner with Marketing to execute and follow-up on lead generation campaigns
  • Present our products and services in a professional and accurate manner to prospective clients over the phone and by email
  • Generate and schedule appointments for the Account Executives
  • Manage prospecting timelines, deadlines, and proactively execute on follow-up
  • Set up and maintain complete and accurate prospect and customer records within our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Support sales and operations team by managing contract process and preparation of customer facing documents
  • Possess an understanding of product and customer requirements for accurate proposal and contract creation
  • Complete ad hoc projects depending on needs of management and the team

Skills/Education/Experience:

  • Independent self-starter with ability to work in a cross-functional, fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Attention to detail required for monitoring of data integrity of opportunities, proposals, and contracts
  • Ability to work under a timeline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Salesforce.com knowledge preferred
  • Nonprofit industry experience or knowledge a plus
