Charity Dynamics Acquired by Volaris Group

(July 2, 2020) – We are pleased to announce that Charity Dynamics has been acquired by Volaris Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software, Inc., based in Toronto, Ontario. Volaris is committed to building world-class solutions in focused subject domains, and has the infrastructure to strengthen the support of Charity Dynamics clients, values, and employees to the fullest potential.

Since Charity Dynamics was founded, the technology used in the nonprofit fundraising market has changed so much. Technological innovations unimaginable even just 15 years ago have brought automation and convenience to every step of the fundraising process. The synergy of strengths and proficiencies between Charity Dynamics and Volaris will increase the opportunities to introduce even more innovative solutions in the future.

Charity Dynamics will operate independently and will continue to provide both services and products to our nonprofit clients.
