- Upgrade Form Creation – Using the Luminate API, Charity Dynamics will successfully create a user experience that allows donors to upgrade in 1-click – no need for constituents to know their login information or pull out their credit card. The user flow leverages the use of the Luminate Online autologin email feature that allows the login step to be completed automatically by the system (and not the user) upon the first click of a link in an email. The optimized user flow is limited to constituent with only one sustaining gift.

Post Engagement Retainer
The best way for Charity Dynamics to support an organization following a sustainer upgrade campaign is through a retained services agreement. Retainers start at 10 hours per month and are sized based on the actual needs of the client.
