Charity Dynamics provides support for mid-level site administrators. Affiliate support delivers immediate and relevant assistance to site users who need support in a variety of ways. Team members go through a rigorous discovery, strategy and set-up before beginning support services with a client, ensuring our staff has the proper training and resources to carry out professional and effective support. Quality management reports are provided monthly to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Our team members possess expansive business knowledge of multiple national fundraising programs and are trained to assist affiliates and volunteers with their site maintenance and constituent management, which includes support field operations for peer-to-peer programs. Case management follows pre-approved standards approved by the client.
