Brenda Miele leads the user experience practice area at Charity Dynamics and over the last 8 years has helped non-profit organizations increase fundraising, participation and engagement through improved websites, mobile applications, donation forms and email optimization.  She has more than 20 years of experience in digital technology and has provided insights and support to some of the nation’s most innovative non-profit organizations including American Heart Association, Alzheimer’s Association, and Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. 

As a leader in user experience, Brenda helps organizations improve their programs through qualitative and quantitative data analysis – and activating insights learned from Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, platform performance reporting, usability testing, and guided user interviews. These findings along with adherence to user experience best practice methodologies allows Brenda and colleagues to deliver digital experiences that perform at their highest potential.
